What does graded mean?

A graded product has been tested and is guaranteed to be in accordance with manufacturers specification in respect of performance. It may have been demonstrated and/or have slight cosmetic imperfections i.e. a scratch/dent. These imperfections do not affect the working order.

Are Graded appliances guaranteed?

All Graded appliances come with a warranty of either 6 or 12 months.

Do you sell integrated appliances?

Yes, and our prices include installation on electric appliances*

Do you deliver?

Yes, there is no charge for local delivery, please see our location page for postcodes areas we cover.

Do you install?

Yes, there is no charge for installation of electric appliances**

Can you get any brands or only what is listed?
We can get most makes of appliances, just call and ask our sales team on 01225 427289.

Do you price match?

No but you will find because our prices are inclusive of delivery and installation on most things we sell, that keeps us very competitive with the big online and high street retailers.

What time will my engineer arrive?

Our engineer appointments are done on an AM or PM time slot. AM slots are between 9am – 1pm and PM slots are between 1pm – 5pm.

Do you call on the way?

If requested at time of booking, we can call 30/45 or 60 minutes prior to visit on your chosen number.

*This excludes the installation of cooker hoods which are quoted on a job by job basis.
** If purchased from ourselves. Gas appliance installation charges can vary and will be quoted on a job by job basis.
